Cambridge Security's Strike Management Division offers the best strike force security in the industry. In cooperation with the client, we extensively plan for any contingency. Our methods are governed by State and local laws, legal counsel, and client requests, and our low confrontation, high documentation approach aims to limit client liability and prevent violence.

Cambridge Security utilizes a four-stage pre-strike preparedness program:

Stage 1: Pre-Strike Survey

In any potential labor dispute, pre-strike planning is critical.

Stage 2: Contingency Planning

All of the information gathered during Phase 1 is used to develop a customized contingency plan.

Stage 3: Legal Counsel

The involvement of labor attorneys during pre-strike preparation is essential to minimizing your vulnerability to criminal and labor-related charges that may arise with the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB).

Stage 4: Security Implementation

The final stage is up to you, the client. Our professionally trained strike officers are ready for deployment at your command.
